Make the most of your holiday in Morocco and forget the Marrakech hotel, consider instead absorbing the local colour in a self catering Riad.

Our Riad in Marrakech is situated in the Bab Doukkala area of the Medina, around 15mins walk from the Souks. The fruit and vegetable market is a stone's throw away, the supermarket is only 10 mins walk and the taxis are easily picked up in the vicinity.

Riad Etoile is entered by a simple doorway which leads to an inner courtyard giving a private , calm oasis from the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city.

Fully restored in November 2009 we believe that we now provide comfortable accommodation which still retains the feel and character of the moroccan style. We love it and hope that you will too.

This style of house is perfectly suited to the changing temperatures. During the summer's heat the courtyard and ground floor remain cool. The barbeque area on the first floor is swept by the sun as the day progresses, giving both sun and shade. The top floor terrace is in full sun all day thus remaining still warm in the winter, ideal to have breakfast, or, in the summer, perfect for the sun worshippers!
